Our little guy turned 9 months old last week. He has so much personality and is in to everything these days. Isaac continues to grow & learn at a crazy pace. These days he loves to crawl and check out everything. No cord, crumb, or cabinet will be left unexplored!
His 9-month checkup was Wednesday. The doctor said she had no concerns and he seemed really healthy! So thankful for our healthy, growing boy.
Isaac's stats:
Weight: 20 pounds, 5.5 ounces
Length: 28.5 inches (although I don't really trust that measurement...the paper was sliding all over the place)
Head: 18.5 inches
As Isaac's been moving more, he's also growing more attached to us. He's a happy guy as long as mama or dada is holding him, but not so much when someone else tries to hold him. Like everything, I know this is a stage, and am honestly enjoying how much he loves us. :) Isaac still seems a little shy. It takes him a while to warm up to new people. I've had friends comment on how quiet he is, but around us he never stops jabbering away! "ah da ba ba ba day dee ah..."
Isaac's pulling up on things but not showing any interest in walking yet. Pretty sure he's content with how quickly he can get from one place to another by crawling. He's very determined, and I'm interested to see how the Lord will use his focus and determination as he grows.
These pictures were taken the day before his 9-month birthday, and it was a beautiful day! We had to get outside & enjoy the swing, but it was so bright Isaac couldn't keep his eyes open. He really was having fun, though!
